Chalice for smoking

Incense bowl

There are various vessels for energetic house cleaning. For my home incense I use a stone incense burner with a handle and not an incense burner. The smoke produced by the warmer is not enough to energetically cleanse the room. Sand or earth goes into the cup and the pre-heated charcoal is placed on top. I place the incense on the coals and smoke is created. If sand is spread over the charcoal, the smoke develops more subtly and the incense does not burn as quickly. Depending on the topic to be smoked, I use different herbs, resins or woods. Such an incense burner is better than an incense burner for energetic house cleaning. Home fumigation usually takes longer. The incense burner would be too complicated for such an incense process and would not give off enough smoke to bind and transform the old energies. I move through the room with the chalice and distribute the smoke with a feather. In between, the incense is always replaced with fresh ones, because after a short time the herbs, resins or woods begin to char and smell unpleasant. The smoking charcoal should also be replaced occasionally, depending on the length of the smoking process. A handle on the incense goblet is therefore an advantage as it does not get hot so quickly and you can carry out a complete home incense without any problems.

Incense burner with sieve

Incense burners

With such an incense burner you can easily and easily create a pleasant indoor climate using herbs, wood or resins. The warmer is made of ceramic and has a stainless steel sieve on top. The materials can be placed on this sieve. Depending on how intense you want the smell to be, place the incense in the middle of the sieve, directly above the flame of the tea light, or push the materials to the side. This creates a pleasant scent and doesn't smoke as intensely as when smoking with charcoal. This means you can use the warmer in a variety of ways. At home in the living room, hallway, children's room, at work, at the reception of a hotel or practice, in rooms where treatment is given for therapeutic support.

This warmer is slightly smaller and has a bowl into which the incense can be distributed. This warmer is ideal for the workplace to support everyday work comfortably with herbs. Since the incense is not on a sieve directly over the flame, a pleasant, subtle scent develops. But also in the entrance area to welcome guests with a pleasant scent. Possible uses are also available at reception or in a treatment room in a practice.

Lavastein Stövchen

Incense burners with lava stones

This variant of warmers uses lava stones. The advantage here is that the incense does not come into direct contact with the flame and therefore exudes a pleasant, subtle scent. In addition, the lava stones pass on heat to the smoking material for a while.

Incense charcoal

Incense charcoal

For energetic house cleaning by smoking with herbs, resins and woods, you need charcoal. Depending on how much you want to smoke, you can use a larger or smaller coal. To light the coal, hold it directly over the candle flame with tongs. It creates a smell that not everyone likes because the coals are soaked in saltpeter to ignite more quickly. Then light the coal outdoors or with an open window. Allow the coal to glow until a white layer of ash appears on the outside. If you place the smoking material on the coals beforehand, the coals may suffocate. To speed up the ignition process, you can hold the coal with tongs and blow carefully.

Japanese charcoal

Japanese charcoal

A good alternative to traditional smoking charcoal is Japanese charcoal. The advantage of this coal is that it is not soaked with saltpeter and therefore has no smell when ignited. However, it takes longer to ignite and, due to its size, it does not last as long for the smoking process.
